These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of physical goods (including crystals and related wellness items) by Northern Soul Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the customer (“you”, “your”).
By purchasing any product from us, whether in-person or online, you agree to these terms.

We take great care to ensure that all descriptions, photographs, and details of our products are accurate.

As crystals and stones are natural items, variations in colour, shape, size, and pattern are to be expected. These are not considered faults.

All product measurements are approximate.

Any information about the energetic or spiritual properties of crystals is provided for spiritual or cultural interest only and is not intended as medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payments via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash (for in-person purchases).

We reserve the right to update prices or withdraw items from sale at any time.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days of payment, unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the item has been dispatched, but we will always help you resolve delivery issues where possible.

The goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to your address.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

6.1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at katie@northernsoulhealing.co.uk.

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.

We may ask for photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6.2. Change of Mind (Online Orders Only)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing (by email) at katie@northernsoulhealing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned items are received, we will issue a refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days.

6.3. In-Person Purchases

For items purchased directly from our premises, event, or market stall, refunds are offered for faulty or damaged goods only, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases made in person.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different crystal of the same value), please contact us. Exchanges are offered at our discretion and subject to stock availability.

Repackage the item securely and include your name, order number, and contact details.

Post the item to the provided UK postal address.
We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
