Northern Soul Healing provides holistic therapies including Reiki, massage, and crystal healing. All services are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing but do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

2. Appointments & Services

At Northern Soul Healing, I aim to provide the highest standard of care and professionalism. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and time and resources are prepared in advance to ensure you receive the best possible experience.

All sessions are by appointment only.
Bookings can be made via www.northernsoulhealing.co.uk
You will receive confirmation once your appointment has been accepted.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours’ notice:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows:

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

4. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Refunds are only offered in cases where Northern Soul Healing must cancel your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative time.
Once a service has been provided (e.g., a treatment, session, or consultation), refunds cannot be issued, as the time and energy have already been dedicated to your healing experience.
Packages or pre-paid sessions are non-refundable once started, but any unused sessions may be transferred to another person (by prior agreement).

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before their expiry date.
Appointments booked using a voucher are subject to the same cancellation policy as above.

6. Courses, Workshops, or Events

For group bookings (e.g., workshops or courses), cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another person.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or compassionate reasons, please get in touch as soon as possible — I will always do my best to handle these situations with understanding and fairness.

8. Health and Wellbeing

Before your session, you will be asked to complete a short consultation form to ensure treatments are suitable for you.
It is your responsibility to inform me of any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or changes to your health.
Treatment maybe denied if any contraindications are identified. This is to ensure your own and my safety and wellbeing. If treatment cannot go ahead, a full refund will be provided.
Treatments are complementary and not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your GP or healthcare professional for medical advice.

9. Professional Conduct

Northern Soul Healing upholds a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times.
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the session being ended immediately without refund.

10. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

11. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, Northern Soul Healing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in treatments, except where caused by proven negligence.
